Evdokia Apartments, as a family business, was always focused individually on all of our guests who have chosen Evdokia for their holidays. Taking care of our guests with the famous Greek hospitality was always the epicenter of our scope and culture.

Following the coronavirus (COVID-19 ) pandemic, our concern related to the safety and well-being of our guests and employees becomes now our top priority.

In order to provide you with the safest accommodation during your stay, we are closely monitor and implement all relevant standards, protocols and guidelines for COVID-19 issued by the World health Organization ( WHO ) , the Greek Government & the Ministry of Health .

Changes In Cancelation Policy

Due to COVID -19 pandemic and following the Government’s guidelines, we in Evdokia Apartments postponed our original opening of 2020 for June the15th.

Please find below the 2020 cancelation policy:

• On April 13th 2020, the Greek Government intervened in the tourism sector in order to alleviate the negative effects of COVID-19. The new law provides that all advanced payment of bookings cancelled from 25.02.2020 until 30.09.2020 due to COVID-19, shall not be returned but instead a voucher with a validity of 18 months will be issued instead.
• Within this 18 months period, you may use this voucher by making a booking for accommodation services.
• For special cases we can prolong the validity of the voucher for the season 2022 as well.
• All partially refundable or non-refundable bookings for the season 2020 can be modified without penalty for future travel throughout season 2020 or 2021.

The following measures based on protocols and directives described above will take place In Evdokia Apartments, in order to assure the Safety and Health of our guests and employees:

1. Intensified cleaning & disinfection across all the apartments.
2.  Disinfectant dispensers for all guests in public areas.
3. High standards of food safety .
4. Social distancing specifications in recreational areas.
5. Simple & fast check-in / check-out procedures.
6. Doctors on call 24/7 to provide special care to our guests.
7. Ongoing training for our compliant staff.
